Imm Aim Vegetarian & Bike Cafe’ Chiang Mai

Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm, Imm Aim  Vegetarian & Bike Cafe’ in Chiang Mai serves a fusion of Thai, Mexican and Middle Eastern flavors, all grown locally – from farm to table – with a diverse range of dishes for kids and adults, you’re unlikely to find such an interesting cross-cultural vegetarian blend of recipes all gathered under one menu.

Khun Oh, the wonderfully hospitable owner from Phuket, kindly made his friends personal recipe – The Avocado Salsa Mole – such a simple, quick and easy healthy dish that literally takes just a couple of minutes to throw together.

Serving just one, all you will need are 2 tomatoes, one shallot or onion, one green jalapeno pepper, some fresh mint and coriander, some either papaya, apple, pear, watermelon, pomelo or Khun Oh’s preferred choice – mango, with the whole dish flavored and decorated in vegetarian sour cream all garnered to compliment the king of the dish – one fresh avocado, with some lettuce and grated beetroot and carrot on the side.

Additionally, pictured above and right, Khun Oh brought out their very popular Fresh Herbal Spring Rolls, comprising of local greens, mint, basil, carrot, beetroot, butterfly pea and sprout salad with the vibrantly yellow lush dip of pumpkin, sesame oil and garlic sauce.
